(b) If a crack is found during any inspection required by paragraph (a) of this AD, before further flight, repair the crack in accordance with paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2 of Pilatus Service Bulletin No. 124, dated January 1976, or an FAA-approved equivalent. (c) Within the next 1,000 hours time-in-service after the effective date of this AD, unless already accomplished, reinforce the landing flap nose end ribs in accordance with paragraph 2.3 of Pilatus Service Bulletin No. 124, dated January 1976, or an FAA-approved equivalent. (d) The repetitive inspections required by paragraph (a) of this AD may be discontinued after the reinforcement has been accomplished in accordance with paragraph (c) of this AD, and all cracks have been repaired in accordance with paragraph (b) of this AD.
