NARRATIVE: PILOT MADE APPROACH TO HELIPORT AND LANDED. PICKED HELICOPTER UP TO REPOSITION FOR PASSENGERS AND TAIL ROTOR STRUCK 4' HIGH POLE USED TO IDENTIFY SNOW REMOVAL ACTIVITIES. POLE NOT PART OF HELIPORT CONSTRUCTION. IT WAS NOT PROPERLY MARKED AND DIFFICULT TO SEE AGAINST BACKGROUND. NO FURTHER ACTION.
