## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON JULY 21, 1994, N65GH, A BEECH 90-C90 WAS ENROUTE FROM LINCOLN, NEBRASKA TO COZAD, NEBRASKA TO PICK UP A PATIENT. ON APPROACH THE CREW WAS UNABLE TO EXTEND THE GEAR ELECTRICALLY. THEY ELECTED TO RETURN TO LINCOLN. INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THAT THE LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS DEFECTIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE CB, PERFORMED A GEAR RETRACTION TEST AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
