As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON JANUARY 19, 1995, N8645M A BE-33, OPERATED BY THE PRIVATE PILOT OWNER LANDED GEAR UP AT THE EL MONTE CALIFORNIA AIRPORT. THE PILOT HAD DEPARTED A NEARBY AIRPORT AND OBTAINED THE ATIS FOR EL MONTE. THE ATIS INDICATED RUNWAY 19 WAS IN USE FOR TAKE OFF AND LANDING. WHEN THE PILOT CONTACTED THE CONTROL TOWER FOR LANDING INSTRUCTIONS HE WAS INFORMED TO ADJUST HIS SPACE FOR AN AIRCRAFT DEPARTING ON RUNWAY 19 AND CLEARED TO LAND ON RUNWAY 1. THE PILOT OF N86455M LANDED ON RUNWAY 1 BUT FAILED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINIMAL DAMAGE. THE PILOT STATED HE WAS PREOCCUPIED WITH THE CHANGE OF RUNWAYS AND FORGOT TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR. THE PILOT WAS COUNSELED BY INSPECTOR CHRISTOPHER ON USE OF THE AIRCRAFT CHECKLIST. THIS INCIDENT INVESTIGATION IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
