## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON 02/02/95 AIRCRAFT N99LP DEPARTED DECATUR, AR. WHEN THE PILOT RETRACTED THE GEAR AFTER TAKE-OFF, THE RIGHT GEAR DID NOT GO TO THE UP AND LOCKED POSITION. THE PILOT THEN EXTENDED THE GEAR BUT THE RIGHT GEAR INDICATOR DID NOT INDICATE DOWN AND LOCKED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS FLOWN OVER THE DECATUR AIRPORT AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ON THE GROUND VERIFIED THE RIGHT GEAR WAS NOT DOWN. THE PILOT THEN OPTED TO DO A GEAR UP LANDING AT TULSA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. DAMAGE TO THE FLAPS, PROPS AND FUSELAGE SKIN WAS SUSTAINED UPON LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
