## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: THE PILOT STATED THAT: 1. NORMAL LANDING ON RUNWAY 22 AT DYRESBURG. 2. AIRCRAFT BEGAN PULLING TO LEFT ON ROLL OUT. 3. UNABLE TO CORRECT WITH RUDDER OR BRAKE. 4. NOSE THEN FELL AND PROP STRUCK RUNWAY. 5. AIRCRAFT SLID TO STOP JUST OFF HARD SURFACE IN GRASS. FIELD INVESTIGATION BY OPS AND AW INSPECTORS REVEALED THAT A GEAR LINK FAILED CAUSING THE INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
