NARRATIVE: STUDENT PILOT ON LAST FLIGHT BEFORE PRIVATE TEST. AIRCRAFT LANDED AND FRONT NOSE GEAR FORK BROKE. THERE WAS ALSO DAMAGE TO THE PROP WHEN THE NOSE FELL. THERE WAS NO FIREWALL OR MAJOR AIRFRAME DAMAGE. THIS IS A FINAL REPORT.
