## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON FEBRUARY 21, 1995, (AT APPROXIMATELY 1430 HOURS) MR. STEVEN J. DEFILLIPI, PILOT IN COMMAND OF N918WK, CESSNA 421B, WAS CLEARED FOR THE OPTION RUNWAY 25 ORLANDO EXECUTIVE AIRPORT. ON TOUCHDOWN, THE LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP APPROXIMATELY 2,000 FEET FROM WHERE IT FIRST TOUCHED DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS DAMAGED. THERE APPEARED TO BE NO MAJOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
