## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: MR. LIEBENBERG LOST ENGINE POWER APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES OUT OF BAXLEY, GA. HE SUCCESSFULLY LANDED ON HIGHWAY 149 ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTH OF CEDAR PARK. THE AIRPLANE WAS DISASSEMBLED AND TRUCKED TO A REPAIR FACILITY OWNED BY CHARLES A. CLARK OF FITZGERALD, GA. MR. CLARK FOUND BOTH MAGS HAD FAILED. MR. CLARK IS REPAIRING THE AIRPLANE ENGINE MAGS AND WILL SUBMIT AN M OR D REPORT. NO FURTHER ACTION EXCEPT THE FSDO WILL FOLLOW UP THE M OR D REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
