AIRCRAFT PROCEEDED TO YIP. A TOWER FLY-BY REVEALED THE NOSE GEAR APPEARED DOWN. A LANDING WAS MADE ON RUNWAY 27L. ON ROLL-OUT, NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE BOLTS ON THE NOSE GEAR RETRACT TORQUE SHAFT SHEARED AND THE NOSE GEAR RETRACTED ON THE NOSE GEAR DOORS. THE LOAD BROKE THE RIGHT NOSE GEAR TRUNNION FITTING, WHICH PREVENTED THE NOSE GEAR FROM LOCKING DOWN. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
