## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: HAD REPOSITIONED AIRCRAFT TO FUEL PUMP AFTER FUELING MR. HUDSON WAS GOING TO PROP THE ENGINE TO START. HE HAD ANOTHER PERSON STANDING ON THE GROUND AT THE DOOR TO ASSIST. THE ENGINE DID NOT START AT FIRST. MR. HUDSON ASKED THE PERSON ASSISTING TO ADVANCE THE THROTTLE A LITTLE. THE ENGINE STARTED AND THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO MOVE. THE ASSISTANT HELD THE SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT WHICH CAUSED IT TO MOVE IN A CIRCLE. AN AIRCRAFT NEXT TO IT WAS STRUCK. MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
