## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

BOUNCED CAME BACK DOWN. LEFT MAIN SEPARATED. SIDE LOAD FOLDED NOSE GEAR. NOSED OVER. GEAR ATTACH BOLT FAILED. (-23) LANDING TO THE NORTHWEST ON A PRIVATE 1600' X 50' SOD STRIP, THE PILOT WAS CONCERNED ABOUT 30' TREES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. DURING THE TOUCHDOWN PHASE, THE PILOT APPLIED SOME POWER TO WORK AROUND THE TREES. THE AIRCRAFT FLOATED DOWN THE RUNWAY FOR 150' AND TOUCHED DOWN MAIN WHEELS FIRST. AT THIS POINT THE MAIN GEAR DUG INTO THE GROUND AND THEN THE NOSE GEAR. THIS CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO ROLL OVER ON ITS NOSE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
