## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-16) PILOT REPORTED THAT WHILE AT CRUISE AND LEVEL FLIGHT AT APPROXIMATELY 1300 AGL, THE ENGINE RAN ROUGH FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 SECONDS AND THEN THE ENGINE QUIT RUNNING. LANDED A/C ON A BRIDGE AND STRUCK A SIGN WITH BOTH WINGS DAMAGING BOTH SPARS.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB FTW95LA203](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/FTW95LA203), May 16, 1995: Cessna 150H (N22086), Rockport, TX, substantial damage. Probable cause: THE LOSS OF ENGINE POWER DUE TO A STUCK EXHAUST VALVE. THE LACK OF SUITABLE TERRAIN FOR THE FORCED LANDING WAS A FACTOR.

## Other reports on N22086 (2)

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
