## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: THE PILOT STATED: I FLEW DUAL .7 HOURS WITH MY INSTRUCTOR. WE DID GROUND REFERENCE MANEUVERS AND THREE TAKEOFF AND LANDINGS. THE FIRST LANDING WAS FINE AND MY INSTRUCTOR SAID TO TRY ANOTHER LANDING. ON THE SECOND SOLO LANDING I TOUCHED DOWN ON THE PAVEMENT, THE WIND CAUGHT THE AIRPLANE AND IT DRIFTED TOWARD THE RIGHT. I PUSHED THE LEFT RUDDER TO STRAIGHTEN THE NOSE BUT THE AIRCRAFT LANDED TO THE RIGHT OF THE RUNWAY. IT WAS A HARD LANDING. THE NOSE GEAR SHEARED OFF AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ALONG THE RUNWAY. THERE WERE JUST MINOR INJURIES. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ SUBMISSION OF THIS REPORT CLOSES THIS INCIDENT.

Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
