## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON AUGUST 26, 1995, AT APPROXIMATELY 10:38 AM, A CESSNA 172, N734WN, OWNED BY WALTER RAZAVI, LANDED ON A FARM ROAD 5 MILES EAST OF THE BRADY, TEXAS AIRPORT DURING A PERSONAL FLIGHT FROM ALBANY, TEXAS TO SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS. VFR FLIGHT CONDITIONS PREVAILED, AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT DAMAGED, AND THE SOLE OCCUPANT, THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED. THE PILOT JOSEPH A. NILAND, JR., HOLDER OF PILOT CERTIFICATE NO. 456989828, STATED THAT HE MISCALCULATED THE REMAINING FUEL ON BOARD, DUE TO THE FACT THAT INCORRECT FUEL TANK PLACARDS HAD BEEN PLACED ON THE AIRCRAFT. THIS OFFICE CONSIDERS THIS INCIDENT CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
