## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: MS. SUE D. ELLER, CFI WAS PROVIDING FLIGHT INSTRUCTION TO MR. THOMAS GORICH, OWNER OF AIRCRAFT. MR. GORICH WAS NOT RATED IN MULTI-ENGINE LAND CLASS, ALTHOUGH HE DID HOLD A PRIVATE PILOT CERTIFICATE WITH ASEL CLASS. ON FOURTH LANDING AT UKF, INSTRUCTOR SIMULATED SINGLE ENGINE APPROACH AND LANDING. MR. GORICH, WHO OCCUPIED PILOT SEAT, STATED THAT THE AIRPLANE 'GOT AHEAD' OF HIM, AND HE CONSEQUENTLY LANDED GEAR UP. INSTRUCTOR FAILED TO FOLLOW AND COMPLETE LANDING CHECK LIST PROCEDURES. NOTE: ORIGINAL FORM 8020-5 SUBMITTED BY KEN KESEY, SO-FSDO-05, INCORRECTLY INDICATED THAT ME. GORICH WAS PIC.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
