## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON 10-6-95, A LOW WING AIRCRAFT, N76J, WAS REPORTED TO HAVE FLOWN INTO A TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTED AIRSPACE/PAPAL VISIT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM ATC. THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT FILE A VFR FLIGHT PLAN AND VMC CONDITION PREVAILED. MR. TIMMERMEISTER DENIES ALLEGATION AS HE AND HIS MECHANIC HAVE CERTIFIED THAT N76J HAS NOT BEEN AIRWORTHY FOR OVER ONE YEAR. FULL TAIL NUMBER OF ALLEGED AIRCRAFT IS NECESSARY TO PURSUE THIS INCIDENT, AND FULL REGISTRATION NUMBER IS UNAVAILABLE. THEREFORE, THIS INCIDENT IS CONSIDERED CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
