## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON OCTOBER 31, 1995 AT APPROXIMATELY 1720 HOURS, A TAYLORCRAFT BL-65, N26650 PILOTED BY RICHARD W. OLIVER, A PRIVATE PILOT AND A PASSENGER EXPERIENCED SOME DIFFICULTIES WHILE TAKING OFF OF RUNWAY 32 AT THE EAGLE CREST AIR PARK (PVT), MILSON, DE. THE PILOT REPORTED AFTER ROTATION, THE AIRCRAFT ENTERED A DEPARTURE STALL, NOSED OVER AND AFTER IMPACTING THE GROUND, FLIPPED OVER ON IT'S BACK. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME AND A FLIGHT PLAN HAD NOT BEEN FILED FOR THIS LOCAL FLIGHT. THE PILOT, HIS PASSENGER AND THE AIRCRAFT ALL RECEIVED ONLY MINOR DAMAGE WITH THE PASSENGER REMAINING OVER NIGHT IN THE HOSPITAL FOR OBSERVATION. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ INCIDENT CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
