## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED DURING LANDING ROLL-OUT, DUE TO TOTAL LOSS OF HYDRAULIC FLUID. NOSE OF AIRCRAFT AND ALL BLADES ON BOTH PROPELLERS HIT THE RUNWAY. NOSE GEAR DOORS WERE BADLY DAMAGED. LOWER NOSE SKIN AROUND GEAR WELL WAS ABRADED, EXPOSING FRAMES. PROPELLER BLADE TIPS WERE BENT BACK APPROXIMATELY THREE INCHES. SOURCE OF LEAK WAS LATER DETERMINED TO BE A FAILED FLARE, ON THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LINE FROM THE HYDRAULIC PUMP TO THE PRESSURE REGULATOR, UNDER THE REAR BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
