## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: WEATHER WAS MARGINAL VFR AND HEAVY RAINSHOWERS FOR THIS 91 CFR FLIGHT FROM HOUSTON HOBBY TO BRENHAM, TEXAS (11R). ON LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN HYDROPLANING AS PILOT INITIATED REVERSE THRUST. THE LEFT THRUST REVERSE DEPLOYED, BUT THE RIGHT SIDE DID NOT. THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN A SLOW SKID LEFT OF THE CENTERLINE OF RWY 16. THE PILOT STOWED THE LEFT REVERSER AS THE AIRPLANE DEPARTED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY, AND HE REGAINED CONTROL WITH NOSE WHEEL STEERING. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY, STRIKING A TAXIWAY IDENTIFIER SIGN, THEN CROSSING THE RWY 34 ACCESS TAXIWAY, STRIKING A RWY THRESHOLD LIGHT, AND COMING TO A STOP. FINAL RESTING PLACE WAS 345 FEET OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF RWY 16. BOTH NOSE WHEELS WERE DAMAGED, AND THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR FOLLOW-UP DOOR WAS BENT 90 DEGREES. DAMAGE IS MINOR. NO INJURIES TO THE FOUR OCCUPANTS. THIS REPORT CLOSES THIS INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
