## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON NOVEMBER 22, 1995, N300ME, A DC-9-10, OPERATED BY MIDWEST EXPRESS AIRLINES, INC., DEPARTED EPPLEY AIRFIELD, OMAHA, NE ENROUTE TO WASHINGTON DC AS FLIGHT 52. UPON REACHING CRUISE FLT 52 EXPERIENCED A PRESSURIZATION PROBLEM. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO OMAHA, NE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THE CLAMP THAT HOLDS DUCTING BETWEEN THE LEFT PACK AIR CYCLE MACHINE AND THE WATER SEPARATOR CAME LOOSE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE CLAMP, RECONNECTED THE HOSE AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
