## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON LANDING AT RDU, THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR TORQUE LINE P/N5925306-501 BROKE ALLOWING THE MAIN GEAR AXLE TO TURN. THE SIDE LOAD PLACED ON THE TIRES CAUSED THE TIRES TO SKID SIDEWAYS ON THE RUNWAY RESULTING IN FAILURE AND BLOW-OUT OF BOTH MAIN TIRES ON THAT SIDE. MAINTENANCE INSTALLED PARTS NECESSARY TO FERRY THE AIRCRAFT TO MIA. ATL CMO WILL FOLLOWUP ON INCIDENT AS TO NATURE AND CAUSE OF PART FAILURE AND FURTHER MAINTENANCE ACTION REQUIRED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
