NARRATIVE: ON DECEMBER 30, 1995, A CESSNA 185F, N783A, TIPPED OVER ON ITS NOSE WHILE TAXIING ON LAKE NORMAN IN NORTH CAROLINA. THE PILOT WAS OPERATING THE AIRCRAFT ON A FERRY PERMIT. WITNESSES INDICATE THERE WERE THREE PEOPLE ONBOARD THE AIRCRAFT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE OCCUPANTS, BUT THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^
