## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CHI96LA076](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CHI96LA076), Jan 14, 1996: Cessna 152 (N24311), Chesterfield, MO, destroyed. Probable cause: the pilot misjudged the flare and performed an improper recovery from a bounced landing. A factor was the inadequate ground instruction concerning recovery from a bounced landing.

## Other reports on N24311 (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.
