## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: DURING AN AIRCRAFT CHECKOUT AFTER MULTIENGINE TRAINING MANEUVERS, A SIMULATED SINGLE ENGINE APPROACH WAS CONDUCTED TO THE C.E. PAGE AIRPORT. THE LANDING GEAR WARNING HORN SYSTEM WAS DE-ACTIVATED BY PULLING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER DURING EARLIER MANEUVERING. THE OWNER RECEIVING THE DUAL INSTRUCTION STATED HE DID NOT REVIEW THE CHECK LIST PRIOR TO LANDING. THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR VERIFIED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER HAD BEEN PULLED OUT EARLIER AND HE ALSO DID NOT USE THE APPROPRIATE BEFORE LANDING CHECK LIST. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
