## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: 1. FALSE FIRE WARNING LIGHT IN ZONE 2 CAUSED BY CHAFING. M OR D SUBMITTED. 2. AIRCRAFT LANDED ON SLUSH COVERED RUNWAY 9R, SLID OFF AND HIT A SET OF VASI LIGHTS. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ THIS RESULTED IN DAMAGED PROPELLER, ENGINE DAMAGE AND SHEETMETAL DAMAGE ON THE FUSELAGE, GEAR DOORS (R AND L) AND FLAP (L) AND R&L ENGINE COWLS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
