## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: EI-CJW, A BOEING 737-200, OPERATED AS AIRTRAN AIRWAYS FLIGHT 801, DEPARTED OMAHA, NE, ENROUTE TO ORLANDO, FL. UPON LIFT OFF, THE "A" SYSTEM HYDRAULIC PRESSURE FAILED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO OMAHA, NE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE "A" SYSTEM HYDRAULIC MODULE, P/N 65-17822-9, AND THE #2 ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP, P/N 10-60470-12, AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
