APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET BEFORE MAKING A 45 DEGREE TURN INTO THE LOADING AREA, PILOT REACHED UP TO SCREW ENGINE RPM DOWN APPLYING BRAKES AT THE SAME TIME. AIRCRAFT THEN TIPPED OVER ON ITS NOSE. AIRCRAFT TRAVELED APPROXIMATELY FIVE FEET AFTER THE FIRST PROP STRIKE. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. PROP.AND ENGINE WERE DAMAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
