## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON 02/24/96 AT 1820 PST, PRIVATE PILOT ROBERT GRAFTON, CERTIFICATE NO. 564669834, WHILE ON APPROACH TO FULLERTON AIRPORT, RUNWAY 24, LOST POWER AND LANDED IN A PARKING LOT 1/8 MILE EAST OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE LEFT HAND WING AND NOSE GEAR. NO ONE WAS INJURED. FURTHER INVESTIGATION BY THE NTSB INSPECTOR, RICK PARKER AND FULLERTON FIRE CHIEF KIZZIAR, DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS NO FUEL ABOARD THE AIRCRAFT. NO PILOT DEVIATION WAS INVOLVED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
