## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON 3-12-96 AT 09:40 AM IN UKIAH, CA N6523V LANDED WITH THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTED. THE PILOT REPORTS THAT THE FLIGHT WAS NORMAL WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT THE DEPARTING RUNWAY WAS UNFAMILIAR TO HER DUE TO THE WIND DIRECTION, AND A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TURBULENCE IN FLIGHT. THESE DISTRACTIONS WERE MINIMAL HOWEVER, AND SHE OFFERS NO REASON AS TO WHY SHE LANDED WITH THE GEAR SELECTED UP.

Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
