## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: HELIOCOURIER N68883 WAS PARKED ON A RAMP NEXT TO A FENCE. A CE182, N6211N, WAS PARKED AHEAD AND SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT OF N68883. ON THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT, THE WIND WAS BLOWING AT 260 DEGREES, 15 AND GUST AT 25. WHEN THE PILOT TRIED TO TAXI BETWEEN THE FENCE AND THE CE182, N6211N AND WITH GUSTY WIND, THE COURIER'S WING HIT THE RUDDER ON THE CE182. NO DAMAGE TO THE COURIERS WING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
