## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: THE STUDENT PILOT WAS ON A SOLO FLIGHT IN ONE OF THE LOCAL TRAINING AREAS. AFTER ABOUT 3 HOURS, AND BECOMING DISORIENTED, THE STUDENT WAS FEARFUL SHE MIGHT BE RUNNING OUT OF FUEL AND ELECTED TO LAND IN AN OPEN FIELD. THE LANDING WAS MADE WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. IN REVIEWING THE STUDENT LOGBOOK, A SOLO ENDORSEMENT WITHIN THE PAST 90 DAYS WAS NOT FOUND. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ THIS REPORT CLOSES THIS FILE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
