## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: MR. SANSONE WAS GIVING INSTRUCTION TO MR. CARIG HART IN HIS C-182, N2477G. MR. SANSONE WAS TAXIING THE AIRCRAFT FROM THE RIGHT SEAT ON TAXIWAY "A", AT APPROXIMATELY 2115 AT NIGHT. THE TAXIWAY WAS POORLY MARKED AND LIGHTED. MR. SANSONE TAXIED OFF THE TAXIWAY AND THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR WENT INTO MUD AND CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO NOSE OVER AND DAMAGE THE PROP AND RIGHT WING TIP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
