## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: AT 07:28 LOCAL TIME, ON 5/16/96, MS. PAMELA GALLINA WAS OPERATING ON R-22 FOR A COMPANY BY THE NAME OF FLORIDA TRAFFIC WATCH, WHO GIVES MORNING TRAFFIC REPORTS FOR VARIOUS RADIO STATIONS. THE REPORTER, MR. SEAN TONER, THOUGHT THE DOOR WAS NOT CLOSED TIGHT AND TRIED TO RECLOSE THE DOOR. THE DOOR FELL OFF AND LANDED IN FRONT OF A DORMITORY ON THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI CAMPUS, LOCATED AT 1211 DICKENSON AVE., MIAMI, FL. NO BYSTANDERS WERE INJURED AND NO PROPERTY WAS DAMAGED. THE DOOR WAS TAKEN TO THE CORAL GABLES POLICE DEPT. PROPERTY ROOM. (284-6666).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
