As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING THE RECOVERY TO TYNDALL, PILOT WAS DISTRACTED FROM THE CHECKLIST DUE TO TRAFFIC CONGESTION AROUND THE AIRPORT. PILOT WAS ON FINAL APPROACH TO RUNWAY 13L IN A LANDING CONFIGURATION AND HAD TO ABORT LANDING DUE TO TRAFFIC. PILOT RETRACTED LANDING GEAR AND CIRCLED FOR ANOTHER APPROACH TO LANDING. PILOT FAILED TO RE-LOWER LANDING GEAR PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN RESULTING IN A GEAR-UP LANDING WITH MINOR DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
