NARRATIVE: A STUDENT PILOT WITHOUT PROPER ENDORSEMENTS WAS PERFORMING A MAINTENANCE TEST FLIGHT WITH A (NON PILOT) MECHANIC ON BOARD. PILOT FAILED TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR UPON LANDING. MINOR DAMAGE RESULTED DUE TO GEAR UP LANDING. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED.
