## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON MAY 28, 1996 AT APPROXIMATELY 1315 PDT, N5330Z, (A PA-22-108 AIRCRAFT), PILOTED BY MR. SANDERSON, LANDED HIS AIRCRAFT ON ENTERPRISE MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS TAXIWAY. AT THE TIME WORK CREWS WERE WORKING ON CLOSED (X'ED OUT AND NOTAMED) RUNWAY AND ALONG THE TAXIWAY. MR. SANDERSON CAUSED ONE WORKMAN ALONG THE TAXIWAY TO ABANDON AND FLEE THE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT HE WAS SERVICING TO AVOID BEING HIT BY THE AIRCRAFT WING. THIS CLOSES THE INCIDENT. BECAUSE OF STALE EVIDENCE AN ENFORCEMENT ACTION WILL NOT FOLLOW.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
