## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB FTW96LA236](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/FTW96LA236), Jun 4, 1996: Rockwell S-2R (N3646X), Dumas, AR, substantial damage. Probable cause: Failure of all personnel concerned to identify the unsafe/hazardous condition, which resulted from a visual restriction, due to trees near the intersection of the road and runway.

## Other reports on N3646X (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19930805029059I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19930805029059I), Aug 5, 1993: Ayres S2RR3SRESTD (N3646X), Dumas, AR, Minor damage. Propeller blade broke in flight. Forced landing in field. Evidence of nick on leading edge adjacent to fracture.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
