## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: SLIGHT GUSTY WIND FROM SSW ABOUT 5 MPH. LANDED ON RUNWAY 11 (3 POINT) I THOUGHT I WAS GOING REAL SLOW AT THE TURNOUT BY THE PILOT CENTER. THE AIRCRAFT WAS MOVING STRAIGHT AHEAD; YOKE WAS ALL THE WAY BACK WITH RIGHT AILERON INTO WIND; I HAD USED TWO NOTCHES OF FLAPS FOR LANDING, AND THEY WERE STILL DOWN; THE THROTTLE WAS IDLE ON ROLLOUT; NO PROBLEM WITH X-WIND; I TAPPED BRAKES AND AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER. AFTER THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER, IT DID NOT APPEAR TO MOVE FORWARD VERY FAR. THE SHOCK ON THE LAP BELT AND SHOULDER HARNESS WAS NEGLIGIBLE. I TURNED OFF THE MAGS MASTER AND GAS AND EXITED THE AIRCRAFT. THERE WAS A COUPLE OF PEOPLE THERE IMMEDIATELY ASKING IF I WAS ALRIGHT AND IF EVERYTHING WAS OFF (YES TO BOTH QUESTIONS) THEY LIFTED THE AIRCRAFT OFF ITS NOSE AND WHEELED IT OFF RUNWAY BACK TO THE PILOT CENTER HANGAR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
