NARRATIVE: N9154W WAS TAXIING FOR TAKEOFF FROM RUNUP AREA TO RUNWAY. PILOT STATED THE SUN WAS IN HIS EYES, WHEN HE HIT A TAXI LIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE TAXIWAY AND RUNWAY. PROP STRUCK TAXI LIGHT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO RAMP.
