## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: CREW WAS ALERTED BY A FIRE BELL, LIGHT, AND T6 WARNING ON THE RH ENGINE DURING CLIMB OUT FROM PNS (EN-ROUTE TO ATL). THEY SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE, FEATHERED THE PROP, AND PULLED THE FIRE HANDLE, AS REQUIRED. THE FIRE WARNING EXTINGUISHED AND THE CREW RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO PNS WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS LATER FERRIED TO MACON, GA WHERE A CUT "O" RING AT A FUEL NOZZLE WAS DISCOVERED DURING A FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION/INVESTIGATION BY COMPANY PERSONNEL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
