## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: AFTER TOUCHING DOWN ON THE RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE LEFT. THE PILOT TRIED WITH BOTH BRAKE AND RUDDER TO MAKE A CORRECTION BUT WAS UNABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK. THE RESULT WAS A GROUNDLOOP CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR, RIGHT WING SKIN, AND ENGINE COWLING. A POST INCIDENT INSPECTION REVEALED THE RIGHT BRAKE TO BE INOPERATIVE. THE PILOT WAS UNABLE TO PRODUCE BOTH HIS PILOT CERTIFICATE AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATE WHEN REQUESTED BY INSPECTOR BLACK. A SERVICE DIFFICULTY REPORT WILL BE ISSUED. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ THIS IS A FINAL REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
