NARRATIVE: ON JULY 2, 1996, AT APPROXIMATELY 1930 EDT A STUDENT PILOT LANDED HARD ON THE NOSE WHEEL CAUSING IT TO COLLAPSE. THE 19 HOUR PILOT SUSTAINED NO INJURIES AND HER SOLO PRIVILEGES HAVE BEEN WITHDRAWN PENDING FURTHER INSTRUCTION.
