As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON THURSDAY, JULY 4, 1996, AT 1800L, SKYHILL AIRPARK, OREGON CITY, THE PILOT REPORTED THE FOLLOWING: DURING GROUND HIGH SPEED TAXI OPERATION TO TEST THE AIRCRAFT ENGINE, A GUST OF WIND LIFTED THE AIRCRAFT 30-50 FEET IN THE AIR. THE WIND ABRUPTLY STOPPED AND THE AIRCRAFT FELL WITH THE PROPELLER AND LANDING GEAR STRIKING DIRT AND SMALL TREES. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
