## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON JULY 8, 1996, ABOUT 1214Z, A BEECHCRAFT 1900D N11UX, OPERATED BY GREAT LAKES AVIATION, LOST ONE OF THE MAIN TIRES DURING TAKE-OFF AT BISMARCK ND AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE BISMARCK AIRPORT WITHOUT INCIDENT. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. NO INJURIES TO THE FLIGHT CREW OR PASSENGERS WERE REPORTED. NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. WITH COORDINATION WITH DSM-FSDO-CE01, CHDO FOR GLBA AIRWORTHINESS IS CONSIDERED A CAUSE FOR THE INCIDENT. A BEARING FAILURE CAUSED THE WHEEL TO COME OFF. MRR AND SDR REPORTS ARE BEING SUBMITTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
