## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON JULY 19, 1996, AT 1420Z, A PIPER PA 34-200T, N345AC, OPERATED BY BANK AIR RETURNED TO COLUMBIA METROPOLITAN AIRPORT, W. COLUMBIA, SC WITH A ROUGH RUNNING ENGINE. EXAMINATION OF THE ENGINE REVEALED A MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE FUEL FLOW PRESSURED AT T.O. POWER. FUEL PRESSURE AND IDLE MIXTURE ADJUSTED, NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED ON THIS INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
