NARRATIVE: ON 27 JULY 1996 MR. SAM LAUFF THE OWNER OF N26CS A SONERAI 2L WAS TAXIING FOR FUEL AFTER A FLIGHT WHEN THE LEFT BRAKE OF THE AIRCRAFT LOCKED. THE AIRCRAFT TURNED LEFT AND HIT A RUNWAY SIGN AS THE AIRCRAFT LEFT THE TAXIWAY. THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURIES.
