NARRATIVE: WHILE LANDING ON R/W 22, PILOT WAS DISTRACTED BY ANOTHER AIRCRAFT THAT FLEW APPROXIMATELY 75' OVER HIM. PILOT STRUCK BARRICADE WALL NEAR CONSTRUCTION SITE. BROKE STRUTS OFF FRONT LANDING GEAR.
