## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1996 AT 1645 EDT A BEECHCRAFT D-95, N250M, SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE NOSE RADOME AND NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY WHEN THE CERTIFICATED COMMERCIAL PILOT, GIOVANNI PARIDISO, FAILED TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT AFTER LANDING AT THE JAMES CLEMENTS AIRPORT, (3CM) BAY CITY, MI. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN ON THE LAST 1000 FEET OF RUNWAY 23 AND FAILED TO STOP, SKIDDING OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY, FLIPPING UPSIDE DOWN IN THE SAGINAW RIVER. THE PILOT AND HIS PASSENGER WERE NOT INJURED AND EGRESSED THE AIRCRAFT, WHICH WAS FULL OF WATER, THROUGH THE RIGHT EMERGENCY EXIT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ THIS INVESTIGATION IS CONSIDERED CLOSED. PILOT FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AFTER LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
