## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: DURING T/O ROLL USING RWY 23L AND APPROX AT 85 KNOTS, LH MLG TIRE BLEW-OUT. AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY, RIPPING THE LH MLG FROM THE FUSELAGE AND CAME TO A STOP WITH AN APPROXIMATELY 185 DEGREE HEADING. FROM ITEM #3: LH SIDE: BLOW-OUT TIRE. MLG RIPPED-OFF: DAMAGED MLG WHEEL WELL, CARGO DOOR, PROP BLADES AND FUEL WING TIP TANK.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
